On June 13, 2025, Yicheng Automation engineers Sun Yihao and Chen Linchun arrived in Tehran as scheduled to carry out equipment installation and debugging. Unexpectedly, armed conflict broke out between Israel and Iran that same day, drastically deteriorating the security situation in Tehran. The two engineers were immediately plunged into a crisis—communications were cut off, evacuation routes were blocked, and the airport was shut down.
The company headquarters immediately activated emergency protocols, making every effort to contact the engineers and coordinate an evacuation plan. What was truly moving was that, while awaiting evacuation, despite the extreme conditions—including stray bullets and loss of communication—the two engineers still reported for duty daily, maintaining close contact with the client and racing against time to advance the project. Thanks to their exceptional technical skills and unwavering professionalism, they completed the installation and debugging of 11 core units four days ahead of schedule, ensuring the client’s production line launched on time. Ultimately, with the company’s coordination, they safely returned to China on an evacuation flight on June 22.
