Yicheng Automation was founded in 2007 by Zhenhai Yuan and Qisheng Pan. Mr. Yuan holds the general manager position and Mr. Pan holds the deputy general manager. The two founders of Yicheng are both practical entrepreneurs with educational backgrounds in engineering and management. Mr. Pan is one of the company’s founders and deputy general manager of Yicheng. He is responsible for the company’s R&D technology, production and manufacturing, and company operations management. Before he founded Yicheng Automation, Mr. Pan also engaged in technology and R&D work in the field of automation for many years. He held various positions in mold design, automated production and manufacturing, automation design technology and management, and accumulated rich experience for the founding of Yicheng.
Mr. Pan is the core leader in the technology field of Yicheng. After starting his business, he has achieved outstanding results in product research and development, technology accumulation, and technical talent training. He has played a key role in promoting the company's technological innovation and possessing key core technologies. Mr. Pan led the team to visit abroad many times, participating in international automation exhibitions, business negotiations, visiting internationally renowned automation research institutions, etc. He also went to Tsinghua University and other famous domestic universities for training and study and studied the French IPGA Business School MBA course.
