What kind of documents can you provide before the shipment of automated assembly machines?
Yicheng will provide a full set of documents to support the shipment and machine operation, debugging, troubleshooting, maintenance, etc.

How about payment terms and lead time?
Payment Terms: 50% deposit upon the contract, 40% middle payment against check, and acceptance before shipping, 10% balance after completion of installation on customer site. Lead Time: 90 working days for single machines, and 130 working days for assembly lines. In special cases, both parties can finalize by negotiation.
What is the packing of the machine? Is it suitable for shipment?
The machine will be wrapped with shrink film to avoid any scratches for better protection, and the outside packed with a standard wooden case. It is suitable for shipping by sea, truck and rail . After you receive the machine, it's better to carefully check the overall appearance of the machine. Your comments back will be highly appreciated.
What shipping methods do you offer? How to choose the shipping method?
We provide transportation methods such as sea transportation, air transportation, rail transportation, road transportation and multimodal transportation. The shipping method usually depends on factors such as the size, weight, value, urgency of the equipment, and distance to the destination. We have cooperative freight forwarders who will comprehensively consider transportation time, cost, safety, reliability and other factors to provide you with reasonable transportation method suggestions to ensure a smooth transportation process.
Do you provide installation and setup services for your products?
Yes, we offer comprehensive one-stop installation and commissioning services for our automation equipment, ensuring seamless integration into your existing production environment. Our team of experienced technicians will work closely with you to optimize performance and minimize downtime.
