All Hands on Deck to Overcome the Difficulties

In the Spring Festival of 2020, a sudden epidemic disrupted the work and life rhythm of people across the country. In order to protect customers' projects without delay, Yicheng Automation quickly launched an emergency plan during the holidays and worked together to overcome the epidemic. After the Chinese New Year, while everyone was still struggling with the series of questions such as when to resume work and the trend of the epidemic, Yicheng Automation's technical team of seven people had already left for Malaysia and went to the customer to carry out the installation and commissioning of automation equipment as scheduled.

In the face of the epidemic, will the staff be able to return to work on time? Will there be obstacles in the visa procedures and transportation abroad? A series of questions were put before us. We believe that our customers would understand if we were to ask them for an extension and difficulties on the grounds of the epidemic. However, our mission is to create value for our clients and a delay in the project would not fulfil our promise to them.

We believe that with strong conviction and determination, we will be able to overcome all difficulties and deliver on our promises. Through our communication and efforts with government departments and the client, we were eventually able to travel to Malaysia as scheduled and provide technical services to the client in a timely manner.

On 19 February 2020, the second batch of Yicheng Automation's technical project team also traveled to Serbia as scheduled to provide technical services to our European customers. After the isolation period, our technical team will work overtime to meet the schedule and complete the installation and commissioning of the Serbian customer's equipment as scheduled to ensure that our automation equipment will be available for the customer as soon as possible and create value for the customer.

The scheduled implementation of Yicheng Automation's overseas work plan will certainly strengthen the confidence of our customers at home and abroad, which is of special significance. At the same time, it will also help us to develop and consolidate our overseas markets and enhance the confidence of foreign customers in the current recovery of domestic manufacturing!
