Automatic Coil Welding Machine 

This line is a fully automatic production assembly line. 

There are 4 components with terminal ,coil , all of parts are automatically assembled and welding by machines, which greatly improves the production efficiency.

This machine automatically completes the parts of safety belt feeding ,assembly and testing. 

The traditional manual operation method not only requires a large investment on labor, but also the quality cannot be controlled stably and effectively.

We cooperated with autoliv , ZF for years refer to the products of safety belt, airbag and etc.

PLC control system, to complete the feeding and assembling of housing, plastic part, springs, terminals and other parts automatically, detects parts presence, the good products and NG products will be unloaded separately.
