The accessories of the machine adopted Japan SMC or Taiwan Airtac original pneumatic component, Japan MitsubishiPLC, Japan Sanyo stepping motor, Taiwan Weinview touch screen, and Keyence optical fiber sensor. All steel parts are chrome-plating, and all aluminum parts are anodized.

PLC control system, to complete the feeding and assembling of housing, terminal, micro switch, and other parts automatically, detects parts presence, the good products and NG products will be unloaded separately.
